TERMS & CONDITIONS
By reserving equipment from Lincoln Tote Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Rental Period
All rentals include a 2-week rental period unless otherwise specified.
Rental extensions are available for $25 per additional week.

Payment
Payment is due according to the package selected at the time of booking.
Lincoln Tote Rentals reserves the right to charge unpaid balances for rental fees, extensions, damaged equipment, lost equipment, or unreturned equipment.

Delivery & Pickup
Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible location for delivery and pickup.
Equipment must be accessible during the scheduled pickup window. Additional rental charges may apply if equipment cannot be collected as scheduled.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.
Reservations canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date will be subject to a $40 cancellation fee.

Equipment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all rented equipment until it is returned to Lincoln Tote Rentals.
Normal wear and tear is expected.
The following replacement fees may apply for lost, unreturned, or damaged equipment beyond normal wear and tear:

Equipment Condition
All totes are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected prior to delivery.
Customers agree to return all equipment empty and reasonably clean.

Abandoned Equipment
If rented equipment is not returned and Lincoln Tote Rentals is unable to contact the customer for more than 30 days after the scheduled pickup date, replacement charges may be applied to all unreturned equipment.

Weather & Service Delays
Lincoln Tote Rentals is not responsible for delivery or pickup delays caused by severe weather, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, or circumstances beyond our control.
If a delay occurs, we will work with customers to reschedule service as quickly as possible.

Limitation of Liability
Lincoln Tote Rentals is not responsible for damage to items packed, transported, or stored by customers.
Customers are responsible for properly packing and securing their belongings.

Changes to Terms
Lincoln Tote Rentals reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The terms in effect at the time of booking will apply to that rental.
